Audience of One

Last night I had the uneasy pleasure of watching Audience of One, a documentary about a Pentecostal pastor who received a vision from God to create an epic, $50 million “Star Wars meets The Ten Commandments” Christian sci-fi film. The documentary captures the roller coaster ride of a wannabe director and his highly inexperienced crew to produce “the greatest movie ever made”.

I laughed through most of Audience of One but at the same time just felt sick to my stomach.

Where do you draw the line between extreme faith & determination and just complete delusions of grandeur putting other peoples lives in danger?
